Inspect Grade

A product site for a QA tool that grades finished home-inspection reports against state Standards of Practice, aimed at firm owners whose license rides on every report.

What we built

Inspect Grade reads a finished home-inspection report and grades the inspector's work against the state's Standards of Practice — an overall grade, a section-by-section scorecard, severity-tagged findings, and coaching notes the firm can hand straight to its team.

The buyer is a multi-inspector firm owner, and the site leads with their actual fear: you can't read every report, but your name is on all of them. From there it has to prove the tool is rigorous rather than a black box, so the product imagery is the output itself — a real scorecard citing the clause, not a generic dashboard illustration.

How we built it

  • A hero built around the product's real output instead of a stock dashboard
  • The owner's risk named in the first line of the problem section
  • Standards named explicitly — TREC, Ohio OAC, InterNACHI — for credibility
  • Separate paths for multi-inspector firms and solo inspectors
  • "Request early access" as the single repeated action pre-launch

What changed

Inspect Grade leads with the output rather than the pitch, so a skeptical firm owner can judge the rigor of the tool from the first screen and self-select into early access.
